1) Do You know why "Honey" is sweet although there's no sugar added?
Honey is contains high level of simple sugar; known as glucose and fructose. These sugar are different from the normal table sugar (sucrose). Honey's sugar is easily absorbed by the body and does not induce a sudden surge in your body's glycaemic index.
Therefore, controlled diabetics are advisable to take honey instead of normal sugar for energy as well for its sweet taste.
2) How to ensure the honey is high quality product?
Every batches of harvested honey were sent for a lab testing to ensure it meet and conform to the 'Food Act 1985".
3)Why there are sediments found in some bottles of honey?
The idea is to leaves all honey 'raw' and do not filter it at high pressure as it will remove away the natural ingredients which are beneficial to health. only unwanted dirt or debris was removed that not giving any beneficial value to us.
4) Why some honey crystallized?
There are some factors that can cause honey to crystallized. it could be due to strong temperature, type of honey, container's condition and the processing methods. There is an evidence that when raw honey properly stored, the resists crystallization is longer than processed honey. Honey is a sensitive to moisture in the surrounding atmosphere. Honey must be stored using low density plastic containers which can allow moisture to escape that may contribute to the crystallization process.
5) Why our packing is using glass bottle?
Glass bottle is more stable and does not react chemically with honey; thus you can rest assure that no plasticizer will go into the honey.
